Embry is an easy going, fun-loving wolf. He is a loyal person, and adores his mother. Despite these traits, he can be serious when the situation calls for it, though he likes to try and lighten the mood if at all possible. He sometimes envies other pack members due to their knowledge of their parents and their imprints.

Embry Call is the son of Tiffany Call and an unknown father. It is believed that he may have been the son of Joshua Uley, though that is yet to be confirmed. He was best friends with Jacob Black and Quil Ateara V, until he phased for the first time and became the fourth member of the wolf pack. He distanced himself from his friends, and couldn't share what had happened with Jacob or Quil until after they both phased as well. The trio then resumed their friendship. When the Bella Cullen ended up pregnant, Jacob separated from their pack and when the crisis was averted, Embry also joined.
